Michael Saylor, CEO of MicroStrategy, Vlad Tenev, CEO of Robinhood, and Zach Witkoff, co-founder of Trump’s cryptocurrency business, World Liberty Financial, are among those attending. The White House did not release the complete list of guests or the agenda.

The meeting comes after Trump signed an executive order on Thursday to create a strategic crypto reserve. The reserve will hold bitcoin and four other cryptocurrencies, using assets seized from criminal and civil cases. The goal is to build the reserve without burdening taxpayers.

Crypto leaders expect the reserve plan to spark debate. Some, like Exodus CEO JP Richardson, argue bitcoin should be the only coin included. Others, like Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse, support a mix of cryptocurrencies.

Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong suggested a bitcoin-only reserve would be the safest option. Meanwhile, attendees hope the summit will bring regulatory clarity and encourage crypto’s growth as a mainstream asset class.

The summit is set to start at 1:30 pm ET. The White House has not yet commented on the event’s details or the conflict-of-interest concerns tied to Trump’s crypto business.
