USDC on Hedera Hashgraph has been integrated into Binance as deposits and withdrawals opened on March 13, 2025.

The integration makes USDC transactions on the exchange some of the lowest and fastest on Binance due to Hedera’s blockchain network. 

The integration comes as Coinbase Onramp becomes available on Saucerswap, Hedera’s biggest decentralized exchange along with HBAR/USDC trading pairs on KuCoin. 

USDC on Hedera provides native support as exchanges make new additions

This week Hedera’s native USDC support was integrated into Binance exchange, allowing traders to make deposits and withdrawals from the Hedera Hashgraph network.

Hedera’s USDC integration will allow low cost swaps with fast speeds supported by Hedera’s network. The addition of Hedera stablecoin swaps on Binance may signify Hedera’s growing popularity within DeFi.

As the HBAR Foundation makes growing Hedera’s DeFi ecosystem a priority, Hedera’s USDC integration has showcased to the wider market the versatility and speed of Hedera compared to other network’s where swaps can take a few minutes to become finalized on Binance while Hedera can take less than a second.

Alongside Binance’s integration, Coinbase announced that Coinbase Onramp was live on Saucerswap, Hedera’s most popular decentralized exchange.

Coinbase Onramp allows Saucerswap users to seamlessly swap their fiat to HBAR via the DEX with native Hedera support. 

Another leading exchange, KuCoin, has launched a range of trading pairs for currencies including Bittensor, Monero, Dog Wif Hat, and Hedera.

HederaCon popularizes Hedera use cases to new crowds

In recent months, Hedera Hashgraph has taken centre stage in crypto media, especially after Ethereum Denver, where HederaCon took place.

HederaCon unveiled new truths about the Hedera network, including possible collaborations with Swift and DeRec Alliance member Cardano, focusing on banking integrations and web3 safety. 

HBAR Foundation CEO Charles Adkins recently appeared in a podcast where he spoke on the direction the Foundation was taking in regard to decentralized finance on Hedera and how the network can grow by incentivising new developers. 

USDC/HBAR integrations on exchanges have marketed the network well with those new to Hedera discovering its lighting fast transaction speeds and ease of use compared to Ethereum.
